How do I edit my personal information on a subscription?Updated 2 months ago

To access your subscription, you'll need to log in here. The dashboard will show you your current subscription(s) price, shipping frequency, items included, the next charge date, and shipping information. 

Edit your shipping information:
Beneath your subscription details are your name and address. To edit or update this information, click "edit" next to your details. This will direct you to a new page where you can enter your new data. Review your information and click "Save" in the bottom right corner.

Update your Billing information:
Beneath your subscription details is a secure snapshot of your card on file. To edit or update this information, click "edit" next to your details. For security reasons, we will send you an email with a secure link that will allow you to update your details. Hit "Confirm" to proceed with updating your billing information.

You will receive an email from [email protected] with a secure link to update your information. (Please check your spam/junk folders if you do not receive an email within 5 minutes).

This link will open a page very similar to the checkout page. Here you can click "change" to update your card on file or simply update the billing information shown below your card details.

When all changes are complete, take a moment to review the information and then hit "Update".
