How do I skip an upcoming subscription order?Updated 2 months ago

To access your subscription, you'll need to log in here. The dashboard will show you your current subscription(s) price, shipping frequency, items included, the next charge date, and shipping information. 

If you’re going to be out of town or have too much product on hand, you can always skip your next order! To do so, choose "Skip" from the list of options beneath your subscription details.

A box will slide out with a few options. Select a preferred time frame (For example, choosing to skip for 2 weeks would set the next renewal to 2 weeks from today etc.). 

You can also choose to gift your subscription by clicking "Gift." You'll be taken to a different screen to enter the recipient's information. This will send one order to the recipient of your choice, and the subscription will then continue as usual.

After your selection is made, you'll be taken back to the main subscription page, where you can review the next charge date to ensure your changes were confirmed.
