I'm having trouble logging in.Updated 2 months ago

By default, your account is set up so that you can log in without a password. Instead, our system sends a code to your email that you can use to log in. This way, you don't have to remember any passwords and your account still stays secure.

However, you do have the option to create a password login instead of using a code - more on that below.

Troubleshooting your login using the code

"Email does not exist" Error Message:

  1. Double-check the spelling of your email and make sure the email you have entered is the email address you used when you made your first subscription purchase.
  2. Reset your browsing cache or use another browser (for example, try it on Chrome instead of Firefox or Safari or vice versa) 

If you're not getting the email:

  1. Check your spam/junk folders in case the email was sent there instead of your inbox. 
  2. Search for an email from [email protected] as this is what sends you your code.


How to set up a password login:

  1. Click here to create a password login
  2. Fill in the form with your details and make sure it matches the name and email address we have on file for your subscription.
  3. Create a password and hit "Create"
  4. You'll be sent an email with an activation link - this email address will be from "Awaken CBD" and the email address is [email protected]. (Please check your junk/spam folders if you do not see an email within 5 minutes.)
  5. Click the "Activate Your Account" button in the email and sign in with your email address and password.

Once this login option is created, you can log in using a password! Simply click "Click here to log in with a password." underneath the "Get Code" button on the account login page to access this option.
