Returns

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. A $7 processing fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are processed once the returned item is received at our warehouse and will be issued to the original payment method.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a photo of the damage—we’ll be happy to send a replacement at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer any exchanges. We recommend purchasing a new item once your return has been accepted.
